La premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente une maturit\u00e9 de deux ans avec un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat fix\u00e9 \u00e0 5,6%. La seconde, quant \u00e0 elle, propose une maturit\u00e9 de trois ans pour un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de 6%.&nbsp;<strong>Le prix unitaire de l\u2019obligation est de 10 000 FCFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour piloter cette op\u00e9ration, le Gabon a une nouvelle fois fait appel aux arrangeurs camerounais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit&nbsp;<strong>de&nbsp;CCA Bourse et Emrald Securities Services Bourse (ESS Bourse) en tant que co-arrangeurs et co-chefs de file de l\u2019op\u00e9ration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ESS Bourse avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 accompagn\u00e9 le pays lors de sa pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9mission, qui s\u2019\u00e9tait cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e en juin 2025 avec un franc succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle avait permis&nbsp;<strong>de lever 119,91 milliards FCFA, 141,07&nbsp;% de l\u2019objectif initialement fix\u00e9 \u00e0 85 milliards FCFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fonds obtenus avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s au projet de construction de la
